Ben received his bachelor’s degree in Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego in 2022. As the manager at Northwest Orthopaedic Surgery, Ben oversees daily operations and helps ensure a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and staff. Originally from Australia, Ben has lived in four countries and brings a multicultural perspective to the workplace, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

A lifelong athlete, Ben spent much of his childhood involved in outrigger canoe racing, which informs his appreciation for the role orthopaedic care plays in helping people stay active and recover from injury. Outside of the office, he continues to enjoy paddling, reading, and staying active outdoors.
