Our team works in an integrative and productive fashion with you and others involved in your care to ensure that you understand your diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. We communicate and coordinate care with your other healthcare providers including your primary care physician and other specialists, surgery centers and hospitals, physical and occupational therapists, and imaging centers in order to ensure that your care and treatment plan is properly executed.
